Whether for nostalgia or use, this is one of the original Delta Sonic and Channel 2 News Buffalo branded winter driving kits that was sold locally. It was a seasonal safety bundle “to help drivers prepare for harsh lake-effect snow and icy conditions”. The Lifeline branded survival shovel is in unused new condition. Lifeline is a leading brand in emergency kits.
The original cardboard label is still attached but shows signs of wear and tear. All original items are not in the kit; the flashlight, batteries and water packets are not present. The rest of the items are unused but aged.
