I am cleaning out my mother's house and this was stored wrapped away in the spare bedroom> it is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips on the front plate > the advertiser lights up with the pull chainin the back > there are 2 clips on the top of the the aluminum frame for hanging but it can also be displayed on a flat surface> the sign was made in Rochester NY and measures 27 n1/4" wide x 3" long> ready for a man cave /bar
