Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a highly impactful Food Operions Manager 2 to support Alfred University loced in Alfred, NY. As a key leader within our Universities segment, you will play a critical role in shaping a best-in-class campus dining experience th reflects the university’s academic excellence and commitment to student well-being.

The Food Operions Manager is a dynamic, creive, and stregic leader responsible for eleving food quality, student experience, and operional excellence across a high-volume dining environment. This role blends culinary innovion, hospitality-forward thinking, team development, and strong business acumen to build an engaging and seamless dining program th serves as a cornerstone of campus life.

• Oversee day-to-day dining operions across residential, retail, and/or cering services.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presention, and service th aligns with Sodexo and campus standards.
• Lead, train, and develop frontline teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Support menu execution, production planning, and operional flow.
• Monitor labor, food cost, safety, and compliance metrics to achieve operional targets.
• Partner with campus clients to strengthen relionships, enhance sisfaction, and support campus events.
• Drive student engagement initiives, including feedback programs and dining experience improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of hourly staff.

Minimum Educion Requirement - Associe's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, cering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
