About the Study
We are looking for residents in the Greater Buffalo area to participate in an in-depth virtual interview regarding financial needs and priorities. Your feedback will directly help a major financial provider improve their products and the way they serve their customers.
This is strictly for research purposes. There will be no attempt to sell you anything now or as a result of this study.
Who Qualifies?
- Residents of Buffalo or surrounding suburbs.
- Adults aged 18 to 69.
- Those who are the primary or shared decision-makers for household financial matters (banking, loans, etc.).
- Household income of $50,000+.
Note: You must not work in banking, finance, advertising, or market research.
What is Required?
Pre-task: A quick 15-minute activity via WhatsApp.
Interview: A 60-minute online discussion via Zoom.
Technology: You must have a computer or laptop with a working webcam and high-speed internet.
Consent: The session will be video recorded for internal research purposes only (your full name will never be shared).
