If you have a high ceiling this is a beautiful 12 lamp hanging pendant lamp - the lamp itself measures 31" high -the top brass is another 11" high for a total lamp height of 42" - there are 8 glass beveled pieces at the bottom 6" wide and 3 1/2" high - there are 8 larger pieces with etching 6" wide 10" high > a total of 16 etched panels- it is in excellent condition ready to go up> this hanging lamp needs a high ceiling> there are no chips or cracks in the panels of etched glass

This hanging lamp would also look "awesome" in a lobby of a building or of an office.
