The B-25 B debuted in 1968-1969 and remained popular throughout the 1970s. Today, most B-25 B Ampeg amps are still in use by professional musicians or are in collections. This example is the 1968-1972 “blue” model. At 55 tube watts, the B-25 B is a heavyweight. When launched, it competed directly with the likes of Sunn’s 200S amp. In contrast to the Sunn 200S however, the Ampeg was two channels vs. the Sunn which has only one channel.

This amp was restored professionally by Precision Audio. The power tubes and 12AX7s are vintage, high quality, and USA made. If you’re looking at this ad, you probably know about this Ampeg.

The amp shows some wear due to age, and still looks beautiful, especially for its age. See for yourself in the pictures. This amp is being sold “as is” due to age.

I hate to sell her, but we are downsizing.

Feel free to contact me (phone or text only) if you have any questions or would like to stop by for a test. I don’t check emails frequently.

Thank you!
