We’re looking for an experienced Land Surveyor or Field Technician who knows their way around final grade staking, construction layout, and elevation staking off benchmarks.
This is a flexible, part-time, as-needed position — perfect as a side gig if you’ve got your own survey equipment and want extra work with a professional, growing development and design team.
What You’ll Do:
* Perform final grade, layout, and construction staking
* Work directly from plans and benchmarks
* Provide reliable, precise field data
* Communicate clearly with project manager
Requirements:
Must have your own survey equipment (total station, GPS, etc.)
Reliable transportation
Strong understanding of site grades and construction staking
Available on call / as needed
Pay:
$30 – $45 per hour, depending on experience and equipment
Immediate start for the first project
