Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment/vehicles such as loaders, skid steers, haul trucks, rollers, utility equipment, or plant machinery as assigned.
- Support quarry, aggregate, terminal, paving, recycling, or plant operations through material handling, loading/unloading, cleanup, and production support.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspections, basic maintenance checks, and promptly report safety or mechanical issues.

- Follow Amrize safety policies, PPE requirements, MSHA/OSHA/site procedures, and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Communicate with supervisors and crew members to coordinate traffic, loading, stockpiles, and daily work priorities.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed, including shoveling, housekeeping, lifting, and assisting maintenance or operations teams.
