What You’ll Do
• Negotiate lump-sum settlements and payment plans• Push tax refund resolutions• Work high-balance charged-off accounts• Follow compliant collection practices• Document calls and arrangements
Requirements – NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Minimum 5 Years Collection Experience Required• Third-party collections experience strongly preferred• Proven track record closing settlements• Must be self-motivated and consistent• Must be comfortable working remotely• Windows computer and reliable internet required• Quiet professional workspace required• Must live in Buffalo area
