HIRING : experienced collectors  must close deals must be able to work your hours must be able to do your skip tracing and leave messages.
HIRING : point caller  must have minimal experience it requires you to make out 200 calls a day and answering calls and passing them out,  minimal Skiptracing is required as well.
HIRING :  administrator must have basic computer skills and familiar with Collections it is a morning job pays every Friday you must be able to multitask like running payments, doing letters, being on time and also point calling.
