We provide a tenant placement service to property owners who don't want to
lose their entire first month's rent in realtor commissions. We have found a niche
in the rental market and have done well building a reputable service.
Open Position: LEAD GENERATOR
Full/Part Time
Pay: 20% commission of placement fee.
You will be searching rentals on craigslist, zillow, facebook marketplace and
reaching out to property owners using our provided scripts and guidance.
Once you have a hot lead that you feel is ready to move forward
you will send this information to our intake coordinator.
You will be paid 20% of the placement fee. Once the unit has been rented and
we receive our fee is when you receive your commission.
Excellent earning potential, we have quick turnarounds for filling rentals.
Room to go depending on your dedication and work ethic your commission
could be increased as well. We like to show appreciation for good work.
