Thank you for your interest in our agency. We are currently looking to hire a few different positions with leadership potential available. If you aren't familiar with the industry and don't understand a lot of this ad, don't worry. This can be your first job, we will train you within all compliance guidelines so that you will always be employable within the debt collection industry. Fresh out of high school or taking a year off from college? You may be exactly what we are looking for.
Who are we?
We are a 7+year old collection agency working mostly PDLs. We are established, and we are in business to stay. Owned by 2 former debt collectors so we understand the need for good debt and bonus incentives. We have let several employees go at the same time and are anxious to fill the office with new talent to help build our agency to the next level.
What do we work?
We work mostly PDLs, NEVER OOS/double sold stuff- the good stuff. Everything we work has chain of title and can be traced back to us. We have some of the most reputable clients around. The majority of our debt is 2015 1 agency. Although we take placements agency, we work on a cash based goal system. No confusing fee system, no short bonus checks. We started licensing this year in various states and have plenty of seats to fill.
What types of opportunities are available?
We are always looking for more motivated collectors. We've found that some of the best collectors are working some of the worst debt. Imagine what you could do if every account in your queue was someone who knew all about the debt they owe before you even told them. That is what you'd be working with. No fighting with other agencies, no stressing about chargebacks, and of course nice bonus checks.
-Team Lead/Prospective Team Lead:
This is the most important position right now. We have terminated several unmotivated collectors who have let the good debt make them soft. We need someone to come in and make an example of what can be done for future new-hires. With debt this clean, there are no boundaries. We aren't going to start someone new as a team lead, but if you have 1 or 2 people interested in following your lead and looking to leave another agency, you can come in and bring your own team. If you don't have any employees to bring on board but feel you can impress us to assign our core collectors under you, we'd like to see someone rise to the occasion. Team leads will have regular goals, a regular bonus structure, they will be able to participate in all of the daily/monthly contests but will have additional incentives and learn how to sub manage a team of their own. This is important because we are planning on expanding over the next 2 years. Significantly. We need candidates who can be trusted to lead and manage not only their own team, but eventually your own office.
We are not looking for 'Point Callers'. You work your own accounts here.
What is the goal/bonus structure?
For a collector, subtract $2 from your hourly, and multiply that by 1,000. Here is an easy example: a $12/hr employee would have a monthly goal of $10,000. The first 2 months are prorated, meaning we lower your goal to give you time to build up post-dates. If you were to start on the 1st of the month, your goal would be as follows:
After your prorated months are over, we allow you to take the option of a $1/hr raise in exchange for an additional $1,000 added to your goal. The raise is optional, if you prefer larger bonus checks you may decline the raise. Many of our collectors in the past have asked to have their hourly wages lowered to allow bigger bonus checks. It is very easy to hit a $10k with cash with nice clean debt.
Point caller bonuses are available as well. We track how many payments a point caller generates and allow for a flat monthly bonus for hitting a monthly goal. This is a bit more complicated, and our point callers love it. It's because it's easy.
We are in the process of expanding our licensing so that we can expand our operations. We are aiming to be licensed in all 50 states and DC.
We offered 401K and Health insurance in 2013 and 2014. Nobody took advantage of it so we cancelled these benefits. We have health insurance plans available after 3 months of employment and are happy to accommodate additional benefits for loyal employees.
As we grow, we will need to start delegating management to trusted employees. Unfortunately, we don't feel that we have the right people to fill upper-lever positions. There is a lot of room for growth, this could be you.
We are looking for highly motivated and skilled employees that can make our current employees realize how much money they could be making if they tried. Additional $300 bonus for out-collecting all other co-workers in your first month (It can easily be done).
