-Collecting all information pertaining to income and assets to process annual lease renewal/certifications.
-Inspecting units prior to lease renewal.
-Issuing lease violations and following up.
-Interviewing residents to collect information and sign all documents.
-Completing recertification .
-Assisting Manager as needed with other duties.
-6 months to 1 year experience processing LIHTC certifications.
-Tax Credit certification a plus, if you do not hold the certification you must be willing to obtain within 3-6 months after employed.
