maintenance, security, and event logistics to real estate owners and managers in a wide array of
markets. We are currently seeking an Assistant Facility Manager.
Assisting in the day-to-day management of an assigned location, ensuring that operations are
handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations,
excellent customer service and promoting a professional image and approach to business.
Ensure that proper parking, security, cash control and customer service procedures are being
followed by all employees.
• Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Must have prior supervisory or management experience
• Candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience
• Must be willing to work second shift and weekends
