Selling a vintage Mercury “Tower of Power” 1250 inline-six outboard motor from the late 1960s. This engine came as part of a lot I purchased. I have not attempted to run it or restore it, so it is being sold as-is.
The 1250 is a classic inline-6 two-stroke Mercury outboard, rated at approximately 125 horsepower, and is well known for its tall “Tower of Power” design, smooth power delivery, and iconic sound. These motors are increasingly hard to find and are popular with vintage boat restorers, collectors, and Mercury enthusiasts.
