The boat is complete with sails, all equipment, but needs some TLC and repairs, mainly installation of a new bow pulpit (included), some teak tow rail replacement (pieces included), and general cleanup. The decks are rigid. New windows with new gaskets installed last year. Includes all lifelines.

Interior photos added but don't reveal much. The table stanchion post is stored off-site.

The aluminum ~ 26 ' mast has a bend in it 10 feet from the top. It could be repaired or a used replacement found.
An additional mast 28', C&C built, is included with all rigging.

A Mariner 8 HP included. It ran well when last used.

The boat sits on a wood cradle in decent shape. If taken, must be moved.

A never used Boston (Sarnia, ON) mainsail is included.

If no takers boat will be scrapped in November.

Boat has title.
