2017 - 23 ft. Sweetwater Pontoon Boat with a New 2023 - 115 HP Honda Outboard Motor.

I purchased two Pontoon Boats during the Pandemic totaling Nine Pontoon Boat Rentals here at We Wan Chu Cottages. This Pontoon Boat I purchased in late 2021 and rented it barely during 2022 and 2023 from June, July & August because I have 8 other Pontoon Boats, mostly 25 footers, ahead of this that I would usually rent first. I purchased New, a Trailer to bring this Pontoon Boat Home from where I purchased it in Central Pennsylvania.

Then in April of 2023 I purchased New - 2023 - 115 HP Honda Outboards for my Fleet of Nine Pontoon Boat Rentals. Obviously, the Motor is basically brand new with Motor and rigging costing me around $14,500.00 + or - per Pontoon Boat. Then the Pandemic was over and that quickly demand for Pontoon Boat rentals dropped a little bit allowing me to start selling one Pontoon a year and next year from my Fleet, as I get ready to retire...

I have Pontoon Boat rentals figured out since beginning in 1998 with my first fleet. Then I sold those in 2006 and bought New in 2007. I took a bath in selling that first fleet and is why I refurbish my Pontoon Boats versus selling them and needing to buy $65,000 Boats. I purchase New Pontoon Boat Seats from a National Marine Seat Company for around $3,000 to $4,000 per Pontoon Boat and replace seats every five years on my 2007 Fleet of seven Crest Pontoon Boats... It is a dog and pony show, but I always find buyers for my motors (replaced every seven to nine years) and or boats, So Add $3,000 to $4,000 to play safe and this Pontoon Boat will look almost Brand New versus new in that $65 K range, easy...

First Come - First Sell. Check has to clear prior to taking possession. Call to make an Appointment please to inspect it, etc.
