The book is in really good shape, except the corners are a little curled. The dust cover is ripping a little along the edges as shown in the pictures.
Pick up near Brothers of Mercy in Clarence, NY, or I can mail at buyer's expense. It weighs about 4 pounds, so may be expensive to mail.
