Housekeeping aside, these books are in pretty good shape. The bindings are intact, just worn on some of the tops. The pages are perfectly readable and colorful for younger students. The information is simplified (see Nazi) with referrals to additional information. Only two paragraphs, no mention of WWI, the Treaty of Versailles, the Blitz, or the Holocaust. But, it was an introduction to Naziism for students 12 and under. The illustrations are colorful and help provide a basic overview of the subject. Anything beyond 1960 would have to be researched someplace else.
