The land is "clean" has been tested for environmental hazard's (no evidence of the presence of such).
The property has an "intermittent" drain swale present which contains minor water drainage during the winter/ spring run off period but usually is dry during the summer/ fall seasons.
The property has been tested for wetlands, engineers have completed their audit of wetlands (approx .60 acres present).
The Army Corps has reviewed the site and approved the engineers' findings on several occasions to date (2005, 2010, 2015, 2020).
