SHARE AND HANGAR AT CLARENCE AERODROME (D51)
A share in Clarence Aerodrome entitles the owner to one twenty-fifth ownership in the airport. In addition, the owner is entitled to buy or build a hangar which he owns separately from the ownership of the share.
This offer is for a combined share and hangar. The hangar is approximately 1,900 square feet, comprised of a 40’ X 40’ building and a 17’ X 17’ addition. It has water and electric service and a concrete floor. The door is electrically operated. The hangar is fully insulated and includes a 100,000 BTU oil fired furnace. It also has second floor storage.
