Meissen porcelain oval rectangular serving tray with an undulating piecrust outline in the Blue Onion pattern with the following measurements. The serving tray measures approximately 12 inches x 11 inches long The serving tray is marked on the back with an under glaze blue cobalt Meissen crossed swords mark with two incised horizontal lines through the mark indicating this was a factory second. No impressed marks are present. The blue cobalt decorators mark is "39".
The quality of the design is very distinct. There is a small chip to the rim located in the area of 9. The overall condition of the
