This was made by an individual. I have taken pictures for you to see. The glass Mason container jar would contain the M&M's and then you would screw the wooden base on top. Reverse position so that wooden base is on bottom and the knob on the base you pull out and push in to have what is in the jar come out into your hand. Height is approx. 12-1/2" high and base is approx. 5"x5". When the knob is pushed in the back of it extends approx. 2-1/2" out.
