Hello. One year ago I bought 3.4 acres and live on it part time in a tiny home with my puppy. I’m looking for other dog owners or just people who want to live in their own tiny home and share the land. It is completely off the grid but next year we plan to dig a well and have an RV pedestal installed for electricity or by the land right next to us. If you want to live on the land while I’m gone by yourself, it will be $1000 a month but if you would like to share it with one other person, it would be 850 a month. In order to rent you must have your own tiny home, RV or cabin. There is a large pond on the land and it is right next to train tracks, but there are no neighbors except to the right. I’m looking for people who are also meditators and spiritual, although it is not required. The plan is to have four tiny homes in total within the next three years and by the plot of land next to us and also build a cordwood home. Eventually, we would host retreats on sustainability and spirituality. Ideally, I’m looking for a couple, but I’m open to a single person that is competent and drug-free. I’m happy to discuss your unique situation and even if you already have animals that you want to bring onto the land like the pig, goat, cat, bunnies, or else.

My tiny home is also for sale for 12 K.
