We are seeking a handyman interested in affordable living in exchange for helping manage a 13-room boarding house located at Richmond and Summer in Buffalo.
This position includes a private first-floor apartment, while the rooming house occupies the second and third floors. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of bathrooms, taking out trash, and general supervision of the property.
All tenants are long-term some have lived in the building for over 10 years.
Applicants must have a carpentry background and be capable of handling small-scale maintenance and repairs.
Rent will be determined based on experience and transportation.
