Our condo is at the Wyndham Resort- Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach. It is right on Rt. A1A on the beach side of the street and is in walking distance of the Convention Center and the activities down on Main Street. If you have never been there, this could be important because there is NO place to park except on the sidewalk. And for that you have to keep riding around and waiting for someone to leave (which rarely happens). Or else you have to pay to park down side streets. (Cars are not allowed on Main Street, by the way.)

The condo sleeps 4. It has one bedroom with a Jacuzzi and a livingroom with a pull-out couch. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer, one bath, and a small deck outside off the livingroom. It has an indoor and an outdoor pool and private access to the beach. It has a private bar and a small cafe inside and there is the "Starlite Diner" across the street along with many other restaurants within walking distance.

The nice part of this is that you can walk almost everywhere so you don't need to take your car/truck/bike out of the underground garage there (which is patrolled by security guards).

The price is $1500 for the week. It is reserved from Sunday to Sunday for the first week of Bike Week (Feb. 28 � Mar. 7, 2010) .

Hi, we are about to close on our vacation home (future retirement spot) and want to see if anyone would want to rent it while we are not there. It isn't much just a two bedroom mobile home, but it is 25 miles away from Key West, less than 300 fet from the Gulf of Mexico, and just minutes from some of the best beaches and snorkling the US has to offer. I live in Colden/ work in downtown Buffalo and would prefer to rent to others from this area. Would preferably like to rent by the month, but can work out shorter terms....

Kind of open as far as scheduling, with the exception of the 1st two weeks of April, the kids are out then, and we want to spend the break with them down there.

The home has 2 bedrooms, two baths. It is about 850 square feet, is nicely landscaped. Bahia Honda state park and beaches are about 3 miles away.

Prices in the Keys are high, always have been, that's why we started off with this...our plans are to eventually remove the trailer and build a house with Gulf views, but this works for the time being. That being said we would like to cover our costs thus we would be looking to rent this for $1400 a month (most MHs go for 500-600/wk), with no other hidden charges. If you are looking for a shorter or longer term contact me and I am sure we can work something out. I would require a security deposit returnable upon leaving the place as it was when you came. This will be a smoke/ pet free home due to allergies and because this is a quiet residential area, no more than 5 or six people occupying the house at anytime.
