99.9% of the shrinkwrap on the box is undisturbed, as is a like amount of the underlying cardboard. However, you can look high and low for a UPC--you won't find it. Fortunately, the UPC adds nothing to the functionality of this webcam, which has a built-in microphone, 800x600 resolution and motion detection.
It also has a sturdier, more adaptable base than pretty much any webcam I've ever bought.
