The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood. It is a 5 minute walk to Allen St. and is in walking/biking distance to Elmwood Village- with bike lanes right out front! It's also a short walk to bus and train stations. If you have a car, there is always ample parking available outside of the apartment. Sorry, but no dogs per our landlords request- cat's are ok though, we'd just have to meet the little one first.

There would be two other roommates who are super awesome. I am looking to rent out a bedroom on Joe McCarthy Drive. It is the larger of a two bedroom apartment with a walk in closet. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. The other roommate currently living there is a senior engineering student at UB and is really respectful of others' belongings. I signed a lease 3 months ago but have barely spent any time here as I am always at my friend's house so I decided its more economical for me to just move in with him. The apartment is a block off of Niagara Falls Blvd and about a minute drive from HSBC, the 290, Walmart, Home Depot, Ted's Hot Dog and a 3 minute drive from UB North. The location is great and the apartment is pretty quiet.

Water and garbage are included in the rent and a storage room is available downstairs in the basement. The utilities this past month ran about $75 a person including gas, electric, and high speed internet. There is no on premise laundry facilities but the apartment is just a minute drive from a laundromat.
