i have a 2 large bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a really big living room. the rent is 475 for the bigger Br and 465 for the smaller Br include water, heat and cable. it is very close to UB north campus and safe location. 3mins drive from UB north campus also i think sschool bus is available.
