It's a really nice apartment on the top floor (no loud upstairs neighbors!). I have been here for 3 years and have been very happy with the apartment itself and the management company. I am sad to leave it, but my career is taking me elsewhere. The apartment includes all stainless-steel appliances including a full sized oven, fridge, small dishwasher, and has wooden floors. Laundry is located in the basement. Off-street parking, HEAT, water, high-speed internet (!!), and upwards of 80-something channels of cable TV INCLUDED in the rent! I am offering the rent for less than I am paying now. You are in charge of electricity, which runs roughly $20-30 per month. Tons and tons of closet space and cats are welcome!
