Independent lever arm action, spring load and lock seat adjustment and a unique multi position arm curl pad adjustment allowing you to hit various angles right into a flat position. The lever arm allows the user to fully focus on the motion without the sloppiness of a barbell or dumbbell. Because the resistance is loaded directly onto the arm the feel of free weight with the control of a machine is accomplished.
