I'm looking for a relatively easy going person (male, female, gay, straight, purple spirals, whatever. I have no preferences. I'm 27f, if you're curious) mid 20's-30's to share my 2br Days Park apartment. Move-in is December 1st, rent is $350/month + $30 to $150 (guestimated based on last year's bills) for gas and electric, depending on the season. I smoke in the apartment, so smokers and smoke toleraters preferred. There are already two cats living in the apartment, so no more kitties please and the landlord said no dogs. The walls are paper thin which works out just fine as I'm pretty quiet the vast majority of the time. If you like to blast your music or play acoustic instruments after 10pm though, this might not be the place for you.

We both are really really busy with school and work so we try to get together and make dinner once and a while and maybe have movies and wine. We aren't really crazy go down town kids, maybe once a month or so. But we like to be silly, we are sisters so we share EVERYTHING and are really open with our life to other people. we love making dinner and making people feel at home. We do not smoke or do any drugs, we like animals but can't have cats because allergies. We LOVE dogs but there is a separate security deposit for animals if you are willing to pay it. We like sports, food, movies, music, and sleeping- sometimes we go to bed early, so it's good to have some quiet time with out any arguments. We like to be clean but sometimes we know that there are just too many other things we need to do with our time so we don't argue about that. We don't really care what you do as long as it is legal and won't start a fight or wake us up in the middle of the night.

Beautiful, gorgeous, and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath rear apartment in large, historic Linwood Avenue home. There is also a front apartment. Driveway opens up behind the house into a 4 car capacity parking lot. I am moving out only because I accepted a job in sunny San Diego. For someone that has had many apartments through the years, this truly is the best I've ever had. Location, location, location! It's 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the Galleria Mall, 15 minutes to Grand Island/Tonawanda, 20 minutes to Amherst, 20 minutes to Hamburg, 5 minutes or less to downtown Buffalo (1.5 miles). You can walk to the awesome Elmwood Strip from here and it's a hop, skip and a jump from Buffalo State College. The current roommate you would have is a great friend of mine. He is French and works for a French company. He speaks excellent English, works extremely hard and honestly, you probably won't see him much except on the weekends. Even though he is French, I have taught him well ... he loves watching football on Sundays and even gets mad when the Bills lose! He is very laid back, we had no rules here as roommates, just be responsible for the bills and clean up after yourself.


More about the apartment: The living room is awesome, we've been told we have an amazing couch (it's a huge, red sectional) and have an huge 47" HDTV (great for Bills games). There is beautiful woodwork and craftsmanship throughout the house. They truly don't make them like this any more. The available bedroom is very big with a good-sized walk-in closet and has a little window as well. If needed, I have a full-sized bed and dresser I could leave behind for a small price. Haha! The kitchen is enormous (long and rectangular)with a ton of storage space, high ceilings and 2 huge windows facing the back of the house. It's split level, so there is a sweet black metal spiral staircase leading upstairs to the half-bath and 2 bedrooms. There is plenty of room for 2 people and you won't be on top of each other (unless you choose to be). There is an extra room (a den) when you first walk in, which we've never really used as anything but an extra misc room. Right now, we had an old desktop in there with access to the internet, WIFI of course! There is also free access to a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. It's a little spooky down there, but if you turn on the light, it's much less so. I have successfully washed my clothes many times without any monsters popping out on me so I think you'll be ok.


All utilities are included in the monthly rent except for internet cable.

The apartment has a security-buzz system (no one gets into the building without a key or being buzzed in) as well as another two locks on the apartment door itself-- very safe!! Also included is HEAT, off street parking, and coin laundry in basement. You pay electric/cable which doesn't come to much and is split. You will save so much on heat in the winter though, and thermostat is inside so you control how warm you want it!

The other room is occupied by a nice, quiet couple (in their early 20's) who mostly keep to themselves. I am only looking to move out because of a prior engagement with someone else.

The apartment is available immediately, but preferably 12/1. The lease runs until May 25. This is a great apartment for a student, grad student, or young professional!!

I am moving out of my room closer to UB north campus and my room in 59 Tyler is up for grabs. Room is spacious and the best in the house.
The house is two floor town house located 7 minutes away from UB south campus. It currently has three grad students living and is nice place to live.
Kitchen has all amenities required and the house has a bathroom with shower on the first floor and a half bathroom with a toilet and sink on the ground floor.
The utilities cost will come up to 50$ a month. The house is insulated and warm.
It is one of the best places you can find in University heights close to the college.

It is available immediately from November 2009.
