I am looking for a roommate, starting June 1. I am a 27 year old graduate student at UB. My current roommate is moving this month, so I am stuck trying to find a new roommate or a new place to live. I live in a duplex. It is large and spacious with a living room, kitchen, dining room, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and three bedrooms. It is in a quiet neighborhood in Amherst, about 5 minutes from UB North. There is off street parking and the neighbors are very friendly. Rent is $420 per month + utilities. It is a really nice place for the cost. I don't smoke or drink and spend most of my time studying.
