One bedroom in whole house available June 1st. We are two serious graduate students (one PhD, one M.A., male and female) looking for another responsible graduate student to share the home. Our previous long term roommates left, both having graduated with their M.A. and PhD respectively. We would like to do the same soon and want someone that shares the same goal. The house is a 10-15 minute walk, down fully lighted streets in one of the safest neighborhoods in the University District, to the UB South campus. Our roommate must like animals, as there is one cat and one dog, both very friendly. The room will be available for rent on June 1st; we can show it starting on Thursday May 8. Lease is negotiable.
