It doesn't happen often, but now is your chance....
We are currently looking for a 4th roommate starting May 15th. Our roommate who is moving loves the place, but goes to Buff State and hates, as well as can’t afford the commute.
The room up for rent is the very spacious finished basement. The apartment is a townhouse style apartment with 2 floors, a basement room, storage room on the other half of the basement, dining room, large kitchen, living room, and ½ baths. The other unit is located on to the right of our apartment with a very nice family, who are quiet, and don’t mind us being loud one bit (deep sleepers) .Rent is $220 a month and utilities are roughly $100 per month including cable and wireless internet. We are located on Sunshine Dr., off Sweethome Rd., 5 minutes from UB North Campus and 1 minute from Average Joes
A little bit about the remaining 3 roommates, we are all UB grads in our early twenties, either in grad school or starting off our careers. We are very social, love to go out and drink on the weekends, have people over for bbq's, and are good for an occasional party. We mostly work during the weekdays and are mindful of our obligations, but never forget to party it up outside of the office. We are looking for a roommate who is a social person, a social drinker, non-drug user, clean but not a neat freak, and mature. Additionally, roommate must have a car. We would prefer a roommate 21 and above, but will consider mature 20 year olds. Considering both male and female roommates and only looking for one roommate for the room, no couples please. Additionally, we are seeking roommates who can stay until at least May ’09, but may consider a roommate from May until December or later.
1) HUGE space, the room is about 35ft by 20ft.
2) The house is currently fully furnished and needs nothing
3) AMAZING, large, covered, furnished deck with mood lighting. We hang out on our deck a lot in the summers.
4) GREAT neighbors who will sleep through any party, help fix things, and are just all around awesome people (we really really like them)
5) Big Screen TV in the living room
6) Fuse ball table
7) Outside dartboard on deck, currently building horseshoe boxes for the yard.

9) Overall great place to entertain
10) Very active, fun, close roommates. We like to go out drinking together, to concerts together, go boating together, love to watch movies, hang on our patio and help each other out any way posible.
