There is no lease and I have been here for over a year, very nice clean place to live. Neighbors are friendly. $240 is the cost of the rent, you would still have utilites on top of that but are not too much. Washer and dryer in basement. nice size yard. It is located on a safe quiet street and close to a bus route (there is a driveway if you have a car) and within walking distance to Trocaire. Looking for a roommate (would prefer a female because they tend to be cleaner) to share a large 2 bedroom apt.
