Me and my buddies are looking for 1-2 floor mates for a 5 bedroom home on montrose which is located off englewoode and main street. 5 min walk to bus stops. It is a nice home with 2 full baths one on each floor two rooms on the first and three on the second. if we get a 5th roomate we will get a brand new kitchen along with other upgrades. There is only one small room in the whole house which is still nice. The attic is finished and features a Pool table. basement good for storage. house has lots of carpet 250 security. 250 monthly rent with 5 rooms occupied or 275 with three. june 1st 12 month lease frst and half of last month rent due.
