Room is carpetted, well lit, partially furnished with a private bathroom and very large walk in closet. You would be sharing the room together. There will also be 2 other housemates in other rooms.
No smoking in the apartment.
Other housemates are quiet, layed back, female students.
Good parking and greatlocation! Directly across from UB north campus, close to public transportation, 1 mile from the grocery store. Directly above from dry cleaners, salon and a few restaurants.
