We have 7 Rooms or studio apartments(we do not have 1,2, or 3 bedroom apartments), which are newly remodeled and are presently being remodeled, as well as the interior painted and new carpeting. available immediately in a large victorian house, which is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Buffalo(Allentown District), NY. The rooms includes bed, vanity with mirror, dresser, Large Refrigerator, and miscellaneous accessories. All utilities are included with the price of the rent, as well, directv all channels + NFL Ticket included w/ rent. Presently, wehave directv for the $450 rooms, but if you wouldlike thedirectv for the $300 roomswecan add the package for an additional $50, which would bring your total rental price to $350. We have a security system to monitor the building, which insures a safe environment. We require a 1st month's payment of $400 + payment of $400 security payment upon moving in. Therefore, you will be required to pay a minimum of $800 before moving into the apartment. The 2nd set of rooms are smaller with a refigerator, bed, dresser and storage shelves $300 per month + $300 security deposit. Also, there are 2 shared bathrooms located in the house along with a shared kitchen complete with cooking amenities. All public transportation routes are very close and convenient, and we are centrally located in the City of Buffalo( a few blocks away from the downtown area), and near the chippewa district, as well as many restaurants and shopping centers. We rent the rooms on a monthly basis, where at least the first and last months rent must be paid upon move in. This room is great for college students, and we also invite graduate students or professionals, especially medical employees because we are located within a few blocks of the medical corridor, to view the rooms and or fill out a rental application. We are located near many of the colleges and universities in the Buffalo area. The public transportation routes can take you directly to UB, ECC, Dyouville, Buffalo State, Daemen, and Canisius.
