i am looking for a roommate for as soon as possible. first months rent is already taken care of. then rent is $434 a month utilities NOT included in that price. with utilities rent comes out to about $650 sometimes more because gas bill goes up a little in the winter. i am 22, neat and organized, place is furnished with all my stuff now the only thing i dont have yet is a couch but that is coming in a few weeks. there are two nice chairs in the living room though. i also just got cable and internet service hooked up. this is a nice upper apartment in cheektowaga right off of george urban in between transit rd and dick rd. if you are interested please call or text me at 716-901-2764 or reply to this post. please be around my age and like a clean place(not ocd though) and have proof that you have a job. gender doesnt matter to me as long as you are responsible.
