Extra bedroom (11x11) available of a 3 bedroom ranch. Wood floors, small closet, 2 windows. Gas furnace, well water, cable, and internet. Currently just my girlfriend and I, my other roomate is in Iraq but he still pays his share of rent. Washer and dryer in basement, basement is not finished but is painted and very nice, partly furnished. Extra storage room available downstairs. No extra room in garage or shed. Must keep to yourself for the most part but we dont want someone antisocial. You get one shelf in the freezer and fridge, 2 in the pantry, and 1 shelf in the bathroom. House is already furnished so you can use our dishes and etc if you ALWAYS clean up after yourself. We have a dog, he doesnt bark much but you must be used to dogs and he can be loud when hes playing with toys. Prefer someone that was or is in the military or college so that they have roomate experience and preferably someone aged 22-30. No moochers, theifs, party animals, or slobs. I do most of the house upkeep but chores and cleaning will be split. Male or female. Write for more info or pics. No pets, sorry, no kids either.
