We have a room available on Dec. 1 in our 3 bedroom apartment in North Buffalo. The rent is $240/mo PLUS your share of gas, electric, Internet, and Direct TV. There is a wood burning stove in the living room that helps keep gas costs to a minimum. The apartment is very spacious and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. It is completely furnished with the exception of your bedroom. There is a back yard, basement with free laundry and plenty of storage. It is an owner occupied house on a quiet street off of Parkside. We have 3 cats so we prefer no more animals. The cats are very sweet and well behaved.
You will have two roommates, one male and one female (20 somethings). We are both very laid back, responsible, and CLEAN and we expect you to be too! We met two years ago through craigslist and been living happily together since. He works and plays bass in a band. I work and go to school. We can assure you that this will be an environment in which you will feel comfortable living in so long as you treat us and the house with the same respect we will offer you, pay your bills on time, and pick up after yourself! also, no drama please.
