I'm looking for a relatively easy going person (male, female, gay, straight, purple spirals, whatever. I have no preferences. I'm 27f, if you're curious) mid 20's-30's to share my 2br Days Park apartment. Move-in is December 1st, rent is $350/month + $30 to $150 (guestimated based on last year's bills) for gas and electric, depending on the season. I smoke in the apartment, so smokers and smoke toleraters preferred. There are already two cats living in the apartment, so no more kitties please and the landlord said no dogs. Caged critters and fish and such are cool though.
I'm neither the cleanest person in the world nor the messiest, I'm not a big party person and prefer to go out to hang out but I do have 1-5 friends over for mellow hangouts/chats/boardgames occasionally. I hope you're of similar habits.
The walls are paper thin which works out just fine as I'm pretty quiet the vast majority of the time. If you like to blast your music or play acoustic instruments after 10pm though, this might not be the place for you.
I'm wicked into rock, punk, indie, ska, folk, electro etc. I'm a total bookworm. If you feel like you fit in with the allentown/elmwood crowd, we'll probably mesh pretty well.
