Single young working man in his 20's is looking for two roommates to fill out a three bedroom upper in a house. There is one bathroom. Laundry is provided and can be done in the basement. This is a great deal and is a nice house, plenty of space. $250 plus utilities. The $250 also includes free Direct TV, internet, and NFL Sunday Ticket. Would prefer that this person is clean and respectful. I am open to any options. This room must be rented out ASAP. Must have reliable source of income.
