Looking to rent out a bedroom in a huge house. Bedroom includes a full size bed and a wardrobe closet. House is fully furnished so all you need to bring is you and your clothes. Must be animal lover as we have a dog and cats. The house is very large, with 2 living rooms, formal dining room, bar area, and a large kitchen. Have a fenced yard with a hot tub on the deck (however is shut down for the winter but will be up and running in march). Rental price includes everything, directv with premium channels, wireless internet, electric, heat, and laundry in the basement. Could move in as early as the 24th, or if it works better for you then Dec. 1st.
