I need to find someone to take over my lease. You would stay until September 1st. Rent is $695 but my roommate is staying so everything is divided in half. The apartment is huge and really nice. Its on the second floor in a house. 3 big bedrooms, one is being used as an office right now. Living room, kitchen, giant bathroom, and a sunroom. Everything is pretty much already there for you to use. Luandry in the basement. The other girl that lives there is really not around much at all. There is cable and internet already.
