well i rent by myslef right now in east aurora. but the money is taking its toll on me, so i want to find someone who wants to find a 2 bedroom place with me in the south towns. east aurora, orchard park, west seneca area. lower west seneca but not south buffalo. ive been looking at places between 600-700 dollars. after the utilities that arent covered in rent, and the cable and internet, we would prolly be splitting 900$ max. which is 450$ each a month. i do have a year old cat. way cool cat though. im a 21 year old male. work construcion for a living. i do like to party every once and a while. maybe every 2 or 3 weeks have a few friends over. but not crazy drugs or anything. im very responsible and always pay all my bills ontime. im also clean, i dont like my place to smell and have crap laying everywhere. im not a neat freak, but i dont leave food or anything out that would be a pain to clean or smell up. if theres any questions email me or call or text me. im up to any offers. we would have to mett first before moving in. could look for places together too. thanks, mike 716-359-5583
