Right next to church and school. The house needs new front porch (just the deck part, not the roof), and siding. If i spend the money on that stuff the price goes up accordingly. Inside needs nothing. Right now i am still cleaning and will paint. There are hardwood floors, and everything was done in 2001: new boiler-3 zone baseboard heat, new hot water tank, new sink/toilet, new kitch cabinets and floor. new carpet in back room and upstairs. new closet doors, new insulated back door. <br>
