Because many Columbiana dogs have been adopted into wonderful homes, the euthanasia rate at the Pound has decreased!  Spaying and neutering is included in the adoption fee. While the Pound cannot ship dogs, volunteer drivers may be able to help you out with transport (no promises, and transport is ultimately the responsibility of the adopter, but transport help to the Buffalo area may be possible for approved, screened adopters). The Pound staff are very friendly to both adopters and rescues and can answer any questions you have. She pulls hard on the leash
She jumps on everyone
