Hello Everyone,
I know that I didn't bump the last message, but I figured maybe itd be easier to be a bit more informitive about what my band is looking for. My band is a hard rock original band from the Buffalo area. Right now we have a female singer, a female guitarist, a male guitarist and a male drummer. We have been together for about six years now. We have played alot of shows, recorded and all of that wonderful stuff.We have been named the 8th best band out of Buffalo with over 70 bands competing, we are on several radio stations, and we work our asses off. We have gone through many musicians purely because everyone that we have chosen to fill this position has been either lazy, involved in drugs, not going in the same direction, or doesnt have the same musical goals as the rest of us do. We are having a hard time finding a bass player that is hard working, willing to promote and of course willing to do whatever it takes to make this a profession. We have a practice space already available close to the area and we are all between the ages of 18-22. We are also looking for someone that has transportation, has decent equiptment, a good attitude and is also willing to become a close group of friends, not just bandmates. We are also looking for someone that is NOT dedicated to another band. We had a tour all set up for the summer etc, but of course we are having trouble keeping somebody based on their attitude and other differences so we had to cancel the tour.
We are a fun group looking to have fun, make great music, put on one HELL of a show, record a CD by the end of the summer and tour hopefully by the end of the year or sooner based on the progress when my band finds a bassist.We are already being looked at by major talent companies and labels as well. We are looking to do some covers, but we are an ORIGINAL HARD ROCK BAND. We havent found the right puzzle piece to fit this band just yet, but we are hoping that there is someone out there looking for the same things and are hardworking, optimistic, respectful, between the ages of 18-26 and ready to rock the hell out of the music scene.
